2. Services
Crown Mobility provides chauffeur-driven transport, including airport transfers, private and business journeys, short- and long-distance trips, and chauffeur hire. The service is based in Brussels and serves Belgium and European destinations on request.
3. Request and confirmation
A request sent from this website or through WhatsApp is a request for availability. It is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Crown Mobility explicitly replies to confirm availability and the agreed price. The customer should check the details in that confirmation.
4. Rates and payment
Rates shown on the website are in euros. Crown Mobility confirms the total price for the journey before confirming the booking. Payment may be made by card, bank transfer or cash, according to the arrangements communicated with the confirmation.
5. Cancellation and changes
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time.
- For cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup, 50% of the agreed price may be charged.
- If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location, or cancels after the driver has arrived, 100% of the agreed price may be charged.
Cancellations and change requests must be sent by WhatsApp, phone or email. Changes depend on driver availability and may affect the price. Cancellation fees will never exceed the total agreed transport price.
6. Right of withdrawal
For transport services booked for a specific date or period, consumers generally do not have the 14-day withdrawal period that applies to some distance contracts. This follows from the exceptions in the Belgian Code of Economic Law. The cancellation terms above apply to confirmed bookings, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
