2. Information used
When you prepare a booking request, the pre-filled WhatsApp message may include your name, phone number, pickup and destination, date and time, passenger count, luggage, flight number and any additional details you provide.
3. How WhatsApp works
The website button prepares a message that you can review and edit. When you open the link, the details are sent to WhatsApp/Meta to display the message. Crown Mobility receives your request only if you then press ‘Send’ in WhatsApp. WhatsApp use is also subject to Meta’s terms and privacy policy: WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
4. Purposes and legal basis
The information is used to respond to your request, check availability, provide a price and, if you accept, arrange transport. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and performing the contract once a booking is confirmed. Some booking and billing records may be retained to meet applicable legal obligations.
5. Recipients and hosting
Information you send is accessible to Crown Mobility and the people who manage bookings. WhatsApp/Meta processes data needed for its service when you open or use WhatsApp. The website will be hosted by Hostinger; the hosting provider may process technical connection data needed for website security and operation.
6. Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the booking. Transport records and accounting documents may be kept for legally required periods. Requests that do not lead to a booking should be deleted when no longer needed, unless retention is necessary to protect the business’s rights or meet a legal obligation.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set by law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to certain processing. 8. Cookies and audience measurement
The current version of this website does not use advertising or audience measurement tools. If tracking tools or external content are added later, this policy must be updated and, where required, visitors must be offered a consent choice.

Crown Mobility takes reasonable steps to limit access to booking requests. This policy may be updated if the practices or tools used change.
